Teval, the Balanced Scale

This is a mid-speed Sultai graveyard deck that ramps early, mills itself, and rebuilds from the yard into a wide board by the mid game. Expect wins around turns six to seven in an upgraded bracket-three seat, with a few heavier lock and recursion pieces that should be mentioned up front. It plays fair engine magic rather than turn-three closes, so pods get interactive midgame races.
